Hello, thank you for considering me to assist you in whatever journey life has brought you. Challenges are experiences that get us to the next stage of our personal development. However we should never feel like we have to go there alone.

I completed the Master's in Social Work program with a minor in Alcohol and Other Drugs. I am clinically licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, and Maryland. I have over 15 years of experience in individual, marital, family, and group therapy. Much of my work has been with military personnel and their families. This clinical experience exposed me to working with many people from all over the world and with a variety of cultural backgrounds.
